Terms and Conditions

Please be respectful & cancel your appointment in a timely manner. We understand that things come up, please give us a call ASAP if you cannot give us 24hr notice. 

You will be charged up to 50 % of your service if you fail to call or reschedule.

We ask that you arrive on time , if the door is closed, we are most likely with a customer. Have a seat in the waiting area. 

If you are a Spa Pass Member- you may have a friend or family member, use your monthly service. Just let us know ahead of time, it can be gifted. If you do not use the monthly service, it does not roll over to the next month.
